We Owe it to Egypt Foundation, in cooperation with Cairo University and the Aid Program of the Japanese government, inaugurated the outpatient clinics building of Abu Al-Rish Japanese Hospital, on Thursday, March 16th, 2023, in the presence of Mr./ Hassan Abdullah, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation, and Dr./ Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Education. Al-Aali, and Ambassador / Oka Hiroshi, the Ambassador of Japan in ARE.

We Owe it to Egypt Foundation has donated land in a strategic location, according to the agreement concluded in 2009 between the Foundation and Cairo University, to build a medical edifice, aiming at serving the pediatric patients with the best unprecedented quality standards. The new annex shall contribute to reducing waiting lists in all specialties, in addition to solving the problem of overcrowding in the outpatient clinics building.

In this regard, Mr./ Hassan Abdullah – the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of We Owe it to Egypt Foundation stated: "the Foundation is concerned with contributing to the development of the health sector in Egypt, and bringing about a qualitative shift in the medical services provided to patients, on this basis, We Owe it to Egypt Foundation is considering the needs of each hospital separately, in order to provide solutions that shall raise the efficiency of the health service in the hospitals".
